Mark LeDoux
General Manager

Mark is the General Manager of Inspyre Physical Medicine and Wellness. He makes sure everything runs smooth and that we're taking care of every single person who walks through the door.

Leanne LeDoux
Nurse Practitioner, Practice Owner

Leanne is a Nurse Practitioner that completed her bachelors and masters degrees from University of Texas. She has been an emergency room nurse for over 16 years and completed her graduate studies as an advanced practice nurse with a focus on family medicine in 2018. She has received additional training in physical medicine, neurology and urgent care and is continually working to learn more in order to offer the best possible care for her patients.

With a passion to help people live their best lives possible, she sought to open a non-traditional clinic that allows time to spend with her patients and help truly understand their needs and work with them to develop a plan to better movement and an overall healthier lifestyle.

Amelia "Millie" Chalhoub, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist

Millie is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute - Houston where she was trained/certified in Swedish, Sports, Shiatsu, Lymphatic Drainage, Russian Sports, Trigger Point Therapy, Cranial Sacral, Reflexology, Structural Bodywork, Hydrotherapy and Acupressure. In 2018, she received training/certification in Hot Stones and Cupping Therapy while at Massage Heights River Oaks/Midtown. Her most recent training and certification includes Medical Massage by Advanced Body Work.

Leo O LeDoux
Personal Trainer

Leo specializes in general strength training and is looking to coach clients that want to focus on having the functional strength for life's day to day activities.

His certifications include:

USAW Level 1

CrossFit Level 1

Mike Bergner Strength Level 1

He is currently enrolled in the Kinesiology Program at the University of Houston.

Leo is also an 8 year veteran of the United States Navy while continuing his service as an active reservist.

In his spare time he competes as an Olympic weightlifter and loves spending time with his 2 dogs Henry and Lucy.
