Scheduling policies

At Inspyre, we value your time and strive to provide the best care possible. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all clients, please review our scheduling policies:

Confirmation Policy
We require confirmation of your appointment at the 48-hour email or text reminder.
If your appointment is not confirmed at the 24-hour reminder, it will be automatically cancelled to allow availability for others.

Appointment confirmation reminders get sent through email and text.

Confirm your appointments easily by email or text reminders set 48-hours before your appointment.

You can also cancel and reschedule using the same email or text reminder or give us a call.

Policy fees

No-Show Policy
If you confirm your appointment but fail to attend, a No-Show Fee of $35 will be charged.

Late Cancellation Policy
‍If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a Late Cancellation Fee of $35 will be charged.
